Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Orders are processed within one business day from our Milan atelier. Standard delivery to Australia is 5–7 business days; express delivery is 1–3 business days. International orders are sent DDP where possible, with duties and taxes calculated at checkout.
Returns
Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unaltered and with all original tags attached. Made-to-measure, bespoke and personalised orders are final and cannot be returned. Return shipping is complimentary on domestic orders over $500.
Exchanges
Size exchanges are subject to availability. We recommend booking a private fitting or contacting our client services team before placing a bespoke order to confirm sizing.
Size Guide
Suits & Jackets
Our ready-to-wear suiting is offered in European sizes 46–58, corresponding to UK/US chest measurements 36–48. Fits are labelled Slim, Tailored and Classic. Slim is closest to the body, Tailored offers a balanced contemporary silhouette, and Classic provides more room through the chest and waist.
Shirts
Shirts are sized XS, S, M, L and XL. The collar and sleeve measurements are listed on each product page. If you fall between sizes, we recommend the larger size for comfort across the shoulders.
Trousers & Shoes
Trousers are sized by waist in centimetres and correspond to the matching jacket size. Shoes follow standard UK sizing; a size guide is included on each footwear product page.
Privacy
Data we collect
We collect the information you provide when placing an order, booking a fitting or subscribing to correspondence: name, delivery and billing addresses, email, phone number and payment details processed by our payment provider.
How we use it
Your data is used to fulfil orders, arrange alterations and fittings, communicate about your purchase, and send occasional product updates if you have opted in. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting client services. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link in every send.
Terms
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Payment is charged at the time of purchase. Bespoke and made-to-measure deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Pricing
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is dispatched.
Liability
MATTEO ZANETTI garments are crafted by hand from natural materials. Minor variations in shade, texture and finish are characteristic of luxury tailoring and are not considered faults.
